Return & Exchange Policy
At Varco Surgical, customer satisfaction and product quality are our priority.
However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds on any orders.
We only offer exchanges in the case where the product you receive is not as described, such as:
- Wrong product delivered
 - Incorrect size that does not match your order
 - Product received with manufacturing defect
 - Product specifications differ from the description provided
 
1. Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange:
- You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
 - The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
 - Clear photo or video proof must be provided to show the issue.
 - The issue must match one of the conditions listed above.
 
If the item is damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery, it will not be eligible for exchange.
2. Items Not Eligible for Exchange
We do not offer exchange for:
- Custom-made or personalized products (unless clearly defective)
 - Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling
 - Change of mind or preference differences
 
3. Exchange Process
- Contact us at support@varcosurgical.com or via phone [Insert Number] with your order number and proof of the issue.
 - Once approved, ship the product back to us (return shipping cost may apply).
 - After inspection, we will send a replacement item of the same product.
 
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
4. Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us unless the item delivered was incorrect or defective due to our error.
